Welcome to Frasier Artist Network™ (FAN™). By accessing our website, becoming a member, or using any FAN™ services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. MEMBERSHIP

Membership is available to artists, music professionals, and individuals interested in artist development. Membership is non-transferable.

 

2. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Your membership is billed monthly and will automatically renew unless canceled before your next billing date.

 

3. MEMBER CONDUCT

Members agree to:

• Treat other members respectfully.

• Follow all community rules.

• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or illegal activities.

• Not share or distribute copyrighted FAN™ materials without written permission.

 

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All FAN™ logos, branding, educational materials, videos, graphics, documents, and content are the property of Frasier Artist Network™ unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

 

5. ARTIST OWNERSHIP

Artists retain ownership of their own music, lyrics, recordings, trademarks, copyrights, and creative works.

 

6. NO GUARANTEE

FAN™ does not guarantee success, record deals, management contracts, bookings, streaming numbers, income, or career advancement.

 

7. TERMINATION

FAN™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms & Conditions without notice.

 

8. CHANGES

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of FAN™ constitutes acceptance of any updates.
