Participation in FAN™ does not guarantee record deals, management contracts, publishing agreements, bookings, media coverage, streaming success, chart placement, financial earnings, or any specific career outcome. Every artist's success depends on factors including, but not limited to, talent, consistency, work ethic, marketing efforts, audience engagement, and market conditions.

 

FAN™ provides educational resources, networking opportunities, promotional opportunities, feedback, and business guidance. Artists remain fully responsible for their own music, content, business decisions, legal compliance, taxes, copyrights, trademarks, and licensing.

 

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, membership in FAN™ does not create an artist management, agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, or record label relationship between the artist and Frasier Artist Network™.
