FRASIER ARTIST NETWORK™ (FAN™)

ARTIST AGREEMENT

This Artist Agreement governs participation in Frasier Artist Network™ (FAN™).

 

1. OWNERSHIP

Artists retain 100% ownership of their music, recordings, lyrics, brand, image, trademarks, and copyrights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

2. INDEPENDENT STATUS

Membership does not create an artist management, employment, agency, record label, or partnership relationship with FAN™.

 

3. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Artists agree to conduct themselves professionally within the FAN™ community and during any FAN™ events.

 

4. PROMOTION

Artists grant FAN™ permission to feature publicly available artist names, photos, logos, social media links, and music for promotional purposes unless the artist requests otherwise in writing.

 

5. RESPONSIBILITY

Artists are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permissions, registrations, copyrights, and clearances for their music and content.

 

6. NO GUARANTEE

FAN™ does not guarantee record deals, publishing agreements, sponsorships, performances, streaming success, media coverage, financial earnings, or any other specific outcome.

 

7. TERMINATION

FAN™ reserves the right to remove any artist whose conduct violates community standards or these terms.

 

By joining Frasier Artist Network™ (FAN™), the artist acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Artist Agreement.
